Part 1: Your Order’s Journey: Proudly Printed in the USA
To ensure the best quality and reduce waste, every Buxtox item is custom-printed for you after you place your order.
Production Time (2-4 Business Days): Your order is sent to our network of expert production partners located right here in the United States. They need 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday) to print, quality-check, and carefully package your new gear. Our production partners operate during standard business hours (Central Time, CT).
Shipping Time (5-7 Business Days): Once ready, your order is shipped via USPS from the US facility. The estimated domestic shipping time is 5-7 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: By combining production and shipping, you can typically expect your freshly printed order to arrive within 7-11 business days from the date of purchase.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (Central Time, CT). Orders placed after this time will begin production on the next business day.
Part 2: The Costs: Fees & Taxes
We believe in upfront, simple pricing with no surprises.
Shipping Rates:
Orders of $199.00 or more ship for FREE!
For orders under $199.00, we charge a flat rate of $7.99.
Handling & Fees: There are no hidden handling charges, ever.
Sales Tax: As a registered business, we are required by law to collect sales tax. The final tax amount will be calculated at checkout based on your specific shipping address and applicable laws. It will be clearly displayed for your review before you confirm payment.
Part 3: The Logistics: How & Where We Ship
Our Shipping Partner: We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping Area: We proudly ship to all states within the USA.
Shipping Restrictions: To ensure secure delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A valid street address is required.
Tracking Your Order: The moment your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
