Contact

4 ways in, 1 office at the other end, and a reply inside 1 business day whichever way you choose. Below: what each way is for, what belongs in a first message, and what will never come from us.

In the support inbox

[email protected] is the address for everything: a question before an order, a change after 1, a return authorization, a photo of a damaged box, a privacy request. 1 inbox, read by the people who also pack the paperwork and open the returns.

  • Subject line: the order number, when you have 1.
  • Attach photographs to the email itself; a link to a cloud folder goes unopened.
  • A reply comes from the same address, with your thread below it.

On the phone

+1 (854) 202-8568 rings in the Blythewood office during staffed hours. Have the order number ready. The call is shorter that way; the person who answers can see the order, the tracking and the return reference, and nothing about your card beyond its last 4 digits.

  • Outside staffed hours, leave a message or write instead; the reply comes the next business day.
  • A return authorization, a cancellation or an address correction given by phone is confirmed by email before it counts, so there is a written copy on both sides.

In the 4 fields of the form

This page carries a form, and it asks for 4 things. A name. An email. A subject line. A message, which may stay empty when the subject line says it all. It arrives in the support inbox the way an email does, and it is answered on the same clock, with no account needed to send it.

In the chat bubble

A round button sits in the corner of each page. Click it and a chat opens, answered by an AI service. It is labeled Support AI, and it is a program, not a person. It answers general questions. It cannot see an order, move a refund or issue a return reference.

  • Asking it for a person triggers a request for your name and your email, which reach the office inbox for a human reply inside 1 business day.
  • Keep card numbers, passwords and street addresses out of it. Nothing it is told is needed for an order.
  • What is typed there goes to the company whose AI runs the bubble; the Privacy Policy says what else that company receives, which is nothing.

At 456 Fairford Rd

456 Fairford Rd, Blythewood, SC 29016, United States is the office of Tamisha Deneece Glover Funy LLC, the company that runs the store. It is the place a letter goes, the place a return parcel goes, and the place the people on the phone sit, which is why the same address is printed at the foot of every page on the site and inside every return authorization that leaves the inbox.

  • Not a shop floor. There is nothing on a shelf to buy in person, because the stock sits with the supply partners in China.
  • A return mailed here without a reference number from the inbox waits until the reference catches up with it; write first.
  • A letter by post is answered by email when an email address is given, and by post when none is.

On the clock

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern. That is the clock for the phone, and the clock that the 1-business-day promise is measured on. Weekends sit outside it, and so do US federal holidays. Eastern, always. An email sent at 7:00 PM on a Friday is read on Monday morning and answered that day.

Within 1 business day

The first reply to any message arrives inside 1 business day. It is written by a person and it says 1 of 3 things.

  • Done. The cancellation, the correction or the refund has been made, with the figure and the date.
  • In hand: what we have asked the partner or the carrier, and the date of the next update from us, never more than 7 business days out for a delivery problem.
  • Need 1 thing. The order number, a photo or a video, named exactly.

In your first message

5 things cut a thread from 4 emails to 1. Order them any way you like.

  • The order number, copied from the confirmation email.
  • The item name as it appears on the order.
  • For a damaged or faulty item: 2 photographs, 1 of the item and 1 of the box, within 7 days of delivery. For a fault that shows later, a short video of it.
  • For an address correction: the full new address, inside 12 hours of ordering, before the label is printed.
  • For a return: the reason in a line, which settles the postage question and nothing else.

With a return in hand

Write before you post. 1 email. The reply inside 1 business day carries the reference number and the office address above, plus 14 days in which to post the parcel by USPS. An item that arrived broken, or that is not what you ordered, comes with a prepaid label in the same reply. Everything else about the trip back, the 30 days, the $0 restocking fee and the 5 business days to refund, is on the Refund and Returns Policy.

Never from us

A few things do not happen. Ever. A message that includes 1 of them is not from Komartt.

  • We never call or text first. A call from us answers a message of yours.
  • We never ask for a customs fee, a redelivery fee or any payment to release a parcel. Duty is settled before the parcel leaves China; see the Shipping Policy.
  • No card number, no password and no one-time code is ever requested by us, in any channel.
  • We never send a payment link. Money moves only at the checkout of komartt.com and only back to the card that paid.

Forward anything of that kind to the support inbox the day it arrives, with a screenshot, and you will hear within 1 business day whether it was ours. It will not have been.

At the desk, the whole block

Every page of the store ends with the same block of company facts, so that a reader who lands on a policy page without passing through this 1 still finds the people behind it.
