Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: October 6, 2026.
California law, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended in 2020 by the California Privacy Rights Act, lets a resident of that state order a business to stop selling or sharing personal information about them. Komartt sells none. It shares none for advertising. The switch on this page is therefore already in the off position, and the page spends its length on 2 jobs: spelling out what the right covers, and taking your request anyway, on the record.
Your Rights Under CCPA
6 requests sit under the Act for a California resident. komartt.com takes each of them through the inbox or the message page, at no charge, from the resident or from an agent the resident has authorized.
- Stop selling my personal information.
- Stop sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Tell me what you hold about me.
- Correct it.
- Delete it.
- Limit how my sensitive personal information is used.
What Does "Selling Information" Mean?
The Act gives 2 ordinary words narrow meanings. A sale is personal information passed to another company in return for money or some other thing of value. A share is personal information passed to another company so that it can aim advertising at you across other sites and apps. Komartt does neither. The site carries no advertising pixel. It sends no list to a data broker. It takes no payment from any partner for a name.
Personal information does leave the store, 1 purpose per company, on its way to the 6 companies that turn an order into a parcel.
- The card processor from the Payment Policy takes the card number and the billing address, for the charge and for nothing after it.
- Whichever China partner packs the order sees 3 things: the name on the order, the street address, and the item list.
- The 2 carriers, the international line and USPS, print the street address and a phone number on the label.
- The store software host keeps the order record and is the machine that mails the order confirmation.
- Typing into the chat bubble sends the typed text to the AI company that runs the bubble, and to nobody else.
Under the Act each of the 6 is a service provider, contracted to do its 1 job with the information and no other job. A service provider is neither a buyer nor an advertising partner. That is why the count of sales stays at 0, and the count of shares stays at 0.
Opt-Out Request for Personal Information Sharing
Send the request and it is logged and honored, even though the honoring takes no technical step, because the thing it asks us to stop is a thing we never started. The reply says exactly that. 2 doors.
- Email: the support address. Subject: "Do not sell or share". Sender: the address your orders use.
- The message page, carrying the same subject line and the same address.
Global Privacy Control is a signal a browser can send. Komartt has no cookie banner and no advertising script, and reads no such signal today, because there is no advertising to switch off. The day an advertising script is proposed, 2 things happen before it loads: a consent tool that honors the signal is installed, and this page gets a new date and new text.
Verification Process and Response Time
An opt-out needs no proof beyond the email address it came from. Confirmation: within 15 business days. A request to delete, to correct or to know needs 2 matches, the email address plus 1 detail that is on the order and nowhere public, an order number or the last 4 digits of the delivery ZIP code. Answer: within 45 days. A hard case may run 45 days longer, with a note about the extension sent before the first 45 days are up. In every case a first human reply lands within 1 business day. An agent acting for you can send any of these, with your signed permission attached to the message.
Right to Non-Discrimination
Using a right on this page costs nothing and earns nothing. The price stays the price. The shipping line stays the shipping line. The inbox answers at the same speed. Nobody is offered a coupon to withdraw a request, and nobody is charged for making one.
Important Notes
- Under 16: there is no sale or share of anyone's personal information to stop, so a minor's information is never sold or shared either. The Privacy Policy separately says the site is not meant for anyone under 13.
- Every request through this page sits in a log for 24 months, so an audit can check that it was honored.
- The categories collected and the retention periods live on the Privacy Policy. Where the 2 pages say different things, that page wins.
