This page sits in 2 places: on the product page, where a picture and a figure can only say so much, and in your home, where a charger, a blade or a seat cover meets real life. It says what each one can promise, and where the promise stops.
On the product page
Pictures from the maker, and a few with text on them
The photographs come from the makers and supply partners, not from a studio of ours. A handful of first images carry printed text or a small infographic from the maker, such as a plug type or a pack count; the product title and the Specifications block are the source of truth whenever a picture and the text disagree. Screens differ. A teal shade may land a touch lighter or darker than your phone shows it.
Specifications typed by hand
Every page has 3 parts: Why you'll love it, then Specifications, then Good to know. The figures in Specifications are copied from the maker's sheet and typed by a person. A typo can slip through. It happens. When one does, the Terms of Service explains what happens to an order placed on a wrong price, and the Refund and Returns Policy covers an item that differs from its page, at our postage.
Sizes, capacities, battery figures
A seat cover is listed by its flat dimensions, a fountain by its tank in liters, a lamp by its battery in milliamp hours. Measure first. The back seat, the counter, the dog. A figure that fits 1 car does not fit them all. Battery run time is the maker's figure at the lowest brightness or speed. Higher settings drain it faster. Cold rooms, faster still.
Delivery dates, written as estimates
10 to 15 business days is an estimate built from 2 to 3 business days of handling and 8 to 12 in transit. The duty prepaid on every parcel is a promise, the day of arrival is not, and the Shipping Policy carries the deadlines that apply when a parcel runs late.
Once it is in your home
Chargers, batteries, voltage
Most items here charge by USB and run on a lithium battery. Charge with the cable in the box, from a 5-volt USB source, and from the adapter type the page names when it names one. A plug-in item is built for the 110-volt outlets of the United States. Do not open a battery compartment that is not meant to open, do not charge on a bed or a sofa, and stop using any unit that grows hot or swells. None of this is engineering advice; it is the maker's instruction sheet in fewer words, and the sheet in the box wins when the 2 differ.
Grooming tools and feeders around a pet
A nail grinder is a tool. So is a fountain. Neither one is an opinion about an animal. Nothing on this site is advice about a pet's health, and no page says that a product suits every animal. Read the sheet. Start slow. Keep a hand on the pet the first few times, and rinse a fountain or a feeder on the schedule the sheet gives. A pet that reacts badly to a tool is a reason to stop. It is also a reason to ask whoever cares for that animal's health, which is not an online store.
Car seats and covers, next to the seat belt
A seat cover, a hammock or a booster keeps the upholstery clean and the dog off the floor. It is not a crash restraint. Use the straps as the sheet shows. Clip the tether only where the sheet says. Keep the driver's seat and the controls clear. A product that does not fit your vehicle goes back under the Refund and Returns Policy.
How far our responsibility goes
For an item that is faulty or late, or wrong or unlike its page, the fixes are the ones written in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Shipping Policy, and the ceiling on anything we owe is the amount of that order. No more. Outside that line: damage from a tool used against its sheet; a charger other than the one in the box; a light fixed to a wall with the wrong anchors; a dog left alone with a cover for an afternoon. No line of this page strips away a protection your state gives you and does not let you waive.
Dated changes
A change to this page moves the date under its title. An order placed before that date keeps the page it was placed under. Older versions are kept on file and sent on request. 1 more fact belongs here: no link on this site earns a commission, and no page recommends an item for a payment from its maker.
