Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026.
These terms follow an order through the store, from the moment a page opens to the day a dispute would reach a court, and they say at each point what binds you and what binds us. 11 stops. 2 other pages carry the numbers, the Shipping Policy and the Refund and Returns Policy. Both are part of these terms. Read them together.
On the first page of the agreement
Opening a page of komartt.com, creating an account or placing an order is agreement to the version of these terms dated at the top. Nothing is signed; the order is the signature.
- The version dated at the top on the day you order governs that order, whatever is published later.
- A change is announced by a new date here, and by an email to account holders when the change touches an order already placed.
- Where 1 line of these terms fails under the law of some state, that line alone falls out and the rest stand.
- These terms, the 2 policy pages named above, the Payment Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the whole agreement. A sentence in an email, a chat window or an advertisement adds nothing to it.
Behind the counter, the seller of record
The seller and the merchant of record for every order is Tamisha Deneece Glover Funy LLC, EIN 99-4782186, with its office at 456 Fairford Rd, Blythewood, SC 29016, United States. The office holds no stock. It answers the inbox, picks up the phone, keeps the books, takes in the returns, and stands behind everything on this site.
Komartt is the name of the store, not of a maker. The items on the shelves are made by other companies and chosen by us from what those companies already produce. A maker's name or mark that appears on an item or in a photograph belongs to that maker.
At the entrance, who may buy
3 conditions sit at the entrance. An order that fails 1 of them is stopped before packing, and every dollar goes back.
- You are 18 or older, or a parent or guardian is placing the order.
- The delivery address is a street address in 1 of the 48 mainland states, or inside Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, the territories, PO Boxes and military addresses sit outside the delivery area, per the Shipping Policy.
- The order is for a lawful purpose, for your own home, your own pet or your own business, and the item will be used as its page describes.
Inside the store, a few things are off limits: copying the catalog by hand or by script, placing orders with a card that is not yours, filing a bank dispute for a parcel that tracking shows at your address, putting up a review that somebody paid you for, and sending the chat bubble or the inbox anything abusive. An account used for 1 of those closes, and the law does the rest.
On the shelves today, and tomorrow
Today the store carries 4 aisles. Pet grooming. Pet feeders and fountains. Dog car travel. Cordless lighting. Every item is bought new from a supply partner and ships from that partner's warehouse in China, as the Shipping Policy describes. The catalog is open at both ends: an aisle may widen, a new aisle may open, and an item may be removed, without these terms changing a word.
- An item shown as in stock is in stock at the partner at the last count we received, not in a room of our own.
- An item that sells out between your payment and the partner's count brings a note from us within 2 business days, with 3 ways out: a wait until the restock, a swap, or the money back in full.
- A color, a pattern or a finish can differ a little from the photograph, for the reasons the Disclaimer gives. A measurement or a capacity printed on the page is what we hold the item to.
On the price tag
Each price is a US dollar figure, and it is the figure charged. The figure beside the item is the whole item price. No struck-through figure sits beside it. Sales tax is added by delivery state, and shipping is added by the rule in the Shipping Policy: $6.49 under $79 of items, $0 from $79.
- A price may change for future orders at any time. An order already placed keeps its price.
- A discount code applies to the items alone, 1 code per order, and is never worth cash.
- A pricing error, a lamp listed at $1.99 by a slipped decimal, say, is not an offer we have to honor. The order is cancelled, you hear why within 1 business day, the money goes back in full, and you may reorder at the corrected price or not.
From the cart to a contract
Clicking the pay button sends an offer to buy. The confirmation email says the offer arrived and the card was charged. The contract is made at dispatch, the moment the carrier scans the parcel at the partner's warehouse and the tracking email leaves our system. Until that email, either side may step away, on these terms.
- Your side: an email within 12 hours of ordering cancels the order, and the money comes back on the clock in the Refund and Returns Policy.
- Our side: before dispatch we may stop an order for a failed payment, a pricing error, an address the store cannot deliver to, a sold-out item with no replacement wanted, or a sign of fraud. The full amount goes back in each case.
- Ownership passes to you once the card is charged. Loss or damage on the road is our problem and not yours, up to the delivery scan at the address on the order.
- Payment runs through the processors named in the Payment Policy, and the figure charged is the figure shown above the button.
On the move, between 2 other pages
The route of a parcel, the 10 to 15 business day window, the customs duty settled on our side, the remedy for a late parcel and the remedy for a broken one are in the Shipping Policy. The 30-day return window, the return route to Blythewood, the $0 restocking fee, which side pays the postage back, and the 90-day cover for an electrical or battery fault are in the Refund and Returns Policy. Those 2 pages carry every number. These terms add none.
On our pictures and words
The makers and the supply partners supply the product photographs, with their permission, and some carry text placed by the maker. The product descriptions, the page layouts, the store name and this text are ours. Both kinds are protected by copyright, and the makers' marks are protected by the makers.
- A page may be printed or saved for your own buying.
- You may not copy the catalog, the photographs or the descriptions onto another site, into a feed or into a listing of your own.
- A photograph sent to support with a claim is used to settle that claim and to correct the product page, and for nothing else; it stays yours.
- A copyright holder who believes a photograph or a text on this site infringes a work of theirs writes to the support email with the work, the page address, a contact address and a signed statement of good faith. The page comes down within 2 business days while the claim is examined, and a counter-notice from the supplier goes back to the claimant the same way.
In the review box and on the points counter
A review form sits on every product page, with a rating, a title, the text, a name, an email and room for up to 5 photographs. Reviews are read before they appear, and they appear with the rating they came with, including 1 star. Nobody is paid for a review, and a review by anyone connected to the store is labeled as such or left off.
- Posting a review gives us permission to show it on the item's page, under the name you gave, for as long as the item is listed.
- A review that names a person, sells something, or describes a use the item is not built for is held back, and the writer hears why.
- An account is never required for an order. Open one and it stores your addresses and your orders, and it runs a points counter: 100 points when the account opens, 1 point for every $1 of items on a paid order, with a multiplier once the Silver, Gold or Platinum tier is reached, and 50 points when a review of yours is approved. The 50 points arrive for an approved review of any rating, and they do not decide whether the review goes up.
- The counter is a tally, not money. No checkout box accepts it, no price drops for it, and it carries no cash value. The counter may be changed or retired with 30 days' notice by email, and nothing is owed for the points on it.
At the edge of what we answer for
We answer for the item reaching you as described, in the window described, and for the remedies the 2 policy pages set out. The 90-day cover in the Refund and Returns Policy is the only express warranty on this site. Where state law allows an implied warranty to be shortened, it runs for the same 90 days. In a state that forbids that shortening, the law's own period applies.
- Our liability for an order stops at the sum paid for it: item, shipping and tax together.
- Outside the cap, and to the extent the law lets us say so: a cable chewed through, a lamp pulled off a shelf, a grinder used on a pet that would not sit still, a charger left on the wrong adapter, a seat cover fitted where the belt could not latch. Those outcomes are in your hands and in the care notes, and the Disclaimer describes each.
- Lost profit, lost time and the price of a stand-in item are not recoverable from us, in any state that allows that exclusion.
The other direction runs like this. A claim that reaches us because of a review you posted, a photograph you uploaded, a card you used without the right to, or a breach of the entrance conditions above is a claim you take over, the defense along with the cost and whatever is awarded, with our help on the facts and with no settlement signed in our name without our written yes.
In a South Carolina courtroom, after 30 days of email
These terms, and every order under them, are read under the law of South Carolina, leaving aside its rules on which state's law to pick. Before any court is involved, 30 days of email. Write to the support address, order number first, problem second, and the office has 30 days to put it right. Most problems end inside the first 2 replies.
- A dispute still open after the 30 days belongs to a state court or a federal court located in South Carolina, and each side agrees to appear there.
- A small claims court where you live stays open to you for a claim within its limit.
- No line on this page removes a protection that the law where you live grants and forbids you to sign away.
Questions on these terms: the support inbox, or the message page. Company name, EIN and office address are printed under the last heading of this page.
